How It Works
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@barecareofficial.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no need to send the bottle back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@barecareofficial.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing
